Ich habe gerade eine Antwort von Brooks auf meine Email von vor 4 Wochen erhalten.Stand leider nicht viel drinnen.

Bei mir stand nur drin, dass die Reparatur 110 Pfund kosten würde.
Das sind ca. 125€, ohne Verstand. Für 145 bekomme ich den Sattel neu.
Kulanz sieht anders aus, da sind Hersteller wie Ortlieb oder Schwalbe besser.
