Dear all
I'm going to cycle from Iran down to Persian Gulf and ferry to Emirate and Oman, my departuer is 10th of March and would like to find someone even on that way to join, so anyone join??

Hi Mohammad!

I can not join you now (just back from a world tour) but you might try to ask around in Tabriz as there is a large cycling scene there. For the rest I only met one Iranian cyclist (Ali) as cycling is not so popular in Iran.

But why don`t you just cycle alone? Iran is perfectly safe (except near the Pakistan border) and everybody is very friendly (at least to foreigners ).

I´m afraid, I`m not in the area.
As the other guy said, why don´t You start on your own?
The people who share your dreams and thougts, are the people you meet on the road, that´s my experience.
Most of us took a bycicle and just started, the first time.

but as you know here is for finding a partner, that's why I wated to check it out if it works or not :-)
